Sometimes the unexpected can happen and disrupt your travel plans. Our cancellation policy has been designed to balance both the risk of our visiting guests as well as our interest as business owners.
If you must cancel your reservation:
at least 60 days in advance of your check-in date, you will receive 100% refund*
30-59 days in advance of your check-in date, you will receive 50% refund*, or receive "store credit" for the full amount paid for your reservation to be used toward a future stay, of equal or greater value, within one calendar year from the cancellation date.
less than 30 days from your check-in date, there is NO REFUND
* all refunded cancellations will incur a 3% cancellation fee (netted out of refund payment) to cover the fee we incur from our payment processors when the original booking is made.
